#UTEN stands for the Urban Travel and Entertainment Network. Our group consists of  traveling professionals from all walks of life.  Several times throughout the year we travel to various destinations to experience the best that particular city has to offer.  Each City has a Host group that coordinates various activities for us to participate in.  Some of the activities we've hosted in the past include:  financial empowerment seminars, vendor expos, athletic events, formal events, charity basketball tournaments, etc. 

 

Our signature event is the Texas Takeover which usually takes place in the summer.  The event takes place annually, in the Great State of Texas. 2023 was held in DALLAS, TEXAS.  We are people, that love to travel and have a good time !! The TXTO event is 3 days of the very best that the city has to offer:  food, entertainment, shopping, local attractions and more.

We are looking forward to even more fun with the highly anticipated events we've had in the past while adding new things as well.  Our first year we had 50 people, 2023 we had over 800 guests, and we are looking to exceed that mark.

Also, as in years past a portion of all proceeds are donated to local and national charity foundations.
